  • Now click on the Reset settings button and now Chrome will show a confirmation dialog asking you are you sure to reset your browser.
  • Click on the Reset button, to reset Chrome. Chrome will remove all your personal data, browsing history, and disable all installed extensions. Now you can close the Settings tab and continue with the rest of the instructions.

Mozilla Firefox

To completely remove Easychrome Adware, you need to refresh Firefox back to its initial settings. To do so, you need to remove all add-ons and personalized configuration settings.

  • Open the Firefox browser and click on its menu button (in the top right-hand corner of the browser window).
  • Click on the question mark button (Help button) to open up the Firefox help menu.
  • Next click on the Troubleshooting Information option to bring Troubleshooting page.

Now click on the Refresh Firefox.. button to begin the refresh process. When you do this, a confirmation window will be shown asking you if you want to perform a Firefox refresh.

Click on the Refresh Firefox button to refresh Firefox. You will be shown an Import window once the refresh process is finished which will be automatically closed. When Import window closes, Firefox will be open and reflect that it has been refreshed.

Internet Explorer

To remove Easychrome Adware completely from your browser, you need to reset Internet Explorer back to its initial settings. Doing so will delete all configuration information like your home page, browsing history, saved form information, cookies from Internet Explorer, and will also disable any installed toolbars and add-ons.

  • Open Internet Explorer and click on its menu button (in the top right-hand corner of the window).
  • Click on the option Internet options which will open the Internet Options screen.
  • Now click on the Advanced tab to open the Advanced Settings screen.
  • Now click on the Reset… button which will show a confirmation dialog asking you to verify that you want to reset your browser.
  • In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings window, put a check mark in Delete personal settings box and then click on the Reset button. This step will erase all your personal data, browsing history, and disable all add-ons and toolbars from the Internet Explorer.
  • Once the Reset process is completed, click on the Close button and restart Internet Explorer to complete the reset you are prompted to do so.

Safari

To remove Easychrome Adware completely from your Safari browser, you need to reset Safari back to its initial settings. Resetting Safari will erase all configuration information like Top Sites, saved form information, browsing history, and cookies from your Safari browser.

  • To reset Safari, open the browser and click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the window for opening the main menu of Safari.
  • Now click on the menu option Reset Safari which will open a window that allows you to choose all the items you want to reset.
  • Put the check mark in each option that you want to reset and then click on the Reset button.
  • Safari will delete all of your personal data and then show a blank page, which signifies that the process has finished.

Please note that this process does not delete your Bookmarks or any installed Safari Extensions.
