For Windows XP:

  1. In the lower left part of the screen there is a “Start” button, click on that.
  2. Select the option “Run“.
  3. Type %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\ and hit Enter.

For Windows Vista/7/8:

  1. In the lower left part of the screen there is Windows logo Click on that.
  2. Type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\ and hit Enter.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. At the upper-right corner of the Firefox window there is a menu button (3 horizontal lines), click on that and go over to the Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page, click the Reset / Refresh Firefox button.
  3. In the confirmation window, click Reset / Refresh Firefox to continue further.
  4. Firefox will close and reset and as soon as it’s done, a window will display the information that was imported. Now click Finish and let Firefox reopen.
