If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you have 15 days from the date of purchase (not install) to request a refund, no-questions-asked, full refund.

This cooling-off phase is intended to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase of defencebyte product and to eliminate any risk from your purchase. Beyond this cooling-off period, defencebyte will not as a rule grant refunds if you change your mind. We do on the other hand offer 24/7 technical support and will gladly solve any technical challenges you come across with our software.

Please Note: This money back guarantee does not apply to retail purchases of defencebyte; each reseller has their own refund policy and should be contacted directly for these matters. In addition, the policy does not apply to the cost of providing and shipping a defencebyte installation disc on request, when the CD/DVD is not faulty. In these situations the guarantee only covers the license cost of the defencebyte product(s).

If you cancel your purchase you must either return the software or delete if already installed.
